Evasive and Defensive Driving

With the ever increasing threats from the criminal fraternity and terrorists, there has never been a greater need for those individuals or those charged with the safety of VIP’s, corporate executives, those in public office and key commercial positions to review their skills so as to ensure that their personal security is assured and that you have the specialist skills required in evasive and defensive driving.

The course delivered by Blue Mountain security instructors is made up of different modules delivered over several days and is designed to help drivers recognise and avoid potential confrontational situations. Early recognition of unusual movements helps avoid threats and other security problems, thereby reducing the possibility of potential incidents escalating.

Our security instructors will teach the drivers how to take evasive action using recognised driving manoeuvres as taught by the Emergency Services.

Our security instructors will teach the students different past deadly attacks, what the victims did wrong and how attackers exploited the weaknesses of the security systems. This is based on analysis of real world attacks and the lessons learnt from them.
