Close Protection Training (Armed)

Armed close protection officers are unique and the requirement for experienced skilled operators has never been greater.

Being armed without having the correct training and skills to carry a firearm is a recipe for disaster, without the relevant skill base, an armed security close protection officer is detrimental to the safety of themselves, the team and the client.

Blue Mountain’s weapons training provides the candidate with a package and program that is adaptable, professional and relevant to the needs of a professional security consultant. Training is provided in a realistic and scenario based environment.

Instructors are from Special Forces or a specialist police unit background, our instructors have many years of experience in teaching weapon skills coupled to extensive operational experience in many hostile environments, both overt and covert.

To maximise the time we have with you, the course will be very intense. You will need to have a basic understanding of weapons before you apply for this course.

Because of the nature of this training it is taught outside the UK utilising specialist facilities and the best instructors.
